Week 15/Day 98: My FAT loss journey!

I feel like 'blah'

Weight is, I don't know but lost 'something' as I'm starting to see top of my ribs coming through. Tightest jeans also feel snug and not tight. Apart from that I wanted to be 154lbs today and I know I'm not. Last week wednesday I came in at 157.2/.8. I just know I'm not 154 and that pisses me off. But I have to keep going. I'm also pissed off because I gave into my temptation of crisps yesterday thus giving me a stomach ache, thus preventing me from a good nights sleep, thus making me miss gym in the morning and today infact. Nothing more to say. Peace

Week 14/Day 91: My FAT loss journey! (Weigh in - Graph pic included)

So, nothing has really changed in regards to measurements. Though, biceps have lost an inch, down to 11inches. Achieved a 5 day workout last week, which is fine. Sixth week in and I'm up to almost 25min runs. Heart rate Max of 180 and an average of 140. Also have added an extra set to each resistance exercise. So, looks like I'm heading in the right direction although I definitely won't be going to the gym on Sunday's. It's way too chaotic in the changing room with soooo many little kids running around O_o

So last week I came in at around 160lbs. I'm now officially out of the 160's, as I I'm I now weigh 158.4 - Happy days! :D

Only another 18lbs to go. Onwards and upwards. Peace

Week 13/Day 84: My FAT loss journey! (Weigh in - Graph pic included)

Still hovering around 159-160lbs. I suspect my body is retaining excess water because yesterday I had about 90grams of salted cod, and the day before that was my cheat day and I ate copious amounts of Pringles. So I predict sodium is the devil in disguise here and shall wait for a more definite reading in the next 3-4days. Why am I so sure you ask? Well my measurements tell me that; ‎my neck is 14.8 inches from 15.5 inches, ‎Hip is 37.5 inches from 40 inches!!, waist is 33 inches from 34.5 inches, ‎top of leg (thigh) is 22.2 inches from 24 inches, ‎top of knee (midde leg) is 14.4 inches from 15.5inches and calve is 13.3 inches from 13.5. No changes with arms, as bicep is 12 inches and my wrists coming in at 6.5inches. So officially I have lost 6 pounds in the first month of my cut! :D

Roll on the next 3-4days!

Now, gym time. Peace

Week 12/Day 82: My FAT loss journey!

Nothing major to report here. Had Pringles very late lastnight and regret it. Feels like I have a brick in my stomach and I missed my last gym session of the week because of it. Means now I have to push it back to Sunday night, which equals hell for me :(

Kind of glad in somewhat, as now I will completely abandon Pringles or any other crisp from now on. Just hate feeling like this and it's a good reminder of what will happen when I eat them. Other than that, scale has been hovering around 160-159 all week. Hoping I can get to 158 or even 159 by official weigh in day on Monday. If not, I'll adjust my diet again and probably shave off 100 cals here or there. Peace

Woooooo, nah. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!

Can you tell I'm excited? Well, I am. Had a solid six day workout lastweek. the last two day consisted of 45mins on the treadmill
Had kept an eye on the scale throughout the week, and towards the end noticed I was 160, the lightest I have been in months.
Calories have been also kept in check, on average taking in 1200 per day, drinking about 1.5 litres of water and not eating passed 8pm.
Was a feat at first, but have adjusted to the new regime and to be honest, it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Stats:
I am now 160.2lbs :) hoping by next week I am in the 15x's.x range? Niiie :D
I have lost 0.5 inches around neck, 0.5 around my wrist,  1 inch around my waist, 2 inches around my hip, 1 inch around my thigh, 1.5 inches around the top of my knee. and 0.2inches around my calves.

Hell yeah! Roll on next week, hoping to hit the 15x.x

Peace

Week 11/Day 70: My FAT loss journey! (Graph pic included)

Weightlossprogress15210-2

Wooo hoooo official weigh and graph day!

Although this is week 11 from my original start date, this is to be honest, week 3. I thought to rewrite the start date but then thought, why not chart my pitfalls? That way when I junk out and physically see on a graph that I've gained lbs because I didn't train for a week and have eaten badly, it will then help when/if I decide to make the wrong choices!

So, I have had a solid two weeks of going to the gym consisting of 45min cardio and 30mins resistance training. I feel stronger and my limbs now do not ache as much as they did, which is good because I was thinking to give up in the first week. I couldn't walk, twist my torsa or make any sudden movements. The pain was excruciating. So, that's behind me for now, riding the waves of momentum being feeling more focused than ever. I weigh myself everyday and count calories. I do this to maintain my focus and do not chart or record any of this data. It's merely there to keep me on track. I was dreading today because my scale was screaming 164, 162 and even 165! Seems everything has settled now. Can only tell if I maintain (which I don't want) or drop lbs in the next few days to confirm. Current weight 163.2

Gotta go, late for gym!

Peace

Week 10/Day 67: My FAT loss journey!

Wooo hoooo!

I weigh myself every morning (not advised if you can't except the wobbles of the scale) and I confirm I am almost 4lbs lighter than I was 2 weeks ago :)
If my predictions are correct, and I can maintain this current weight for Monday (official weigh in day) and I maintain loss of around 2lbs a week, I'll hit my target weight of 154lbs
by Monday March 15th!

Last few days have been pretty easy going, feeling stronger. Lunges with a barbell proved to be an exercise I really hated a few weeks ago and now, I enjoy it. I managed to up the weight to 15's either side and hoping to increase that a further 5kg by the end of this month.

Other than that; my cardio is improving, have more stamina and I am managing to run 15mins without feeling out of breathe.

Onwards and upwards they say, as my gym session awaits!

Peace

Week 10/Day 63: My FAT loss journey!

Wooo! Well, I'm not excited, just relieved to be honest. Relieved that I no longer have aching limbs, that I am deep in the belly of the momentum of regular exercise. However, I'm not excited because my Monday morning weigh in shows I've gained 1.4lbs bringing it to 164.2lbs. I've been weighing myself every morning and noticed the scales have had the wobbles all of last week. Surprised, as I'm hitting' around 1200-1500 a day plus burning 800 cals in the gym. :puzzled:

Will keep an eye on it and will drop 200 by next week. Goto go. Gym, food & bed awaits!

Peace

Week 9/Day 62: My FAT loss journey!

Happy I made it to the gym yesterday, as I didn't go the day before yesterday and was feeling guilty about. Managed to knockout full leg routine without feeling dead legged a few hours after. Also my cardio is improving, added an extra 2mins without noticing. Today I 'should' be going in to train my back and lats .... Depending on how I feel around 9pm will be the deciding factor whether I make it or not. I'm not being to hard on myself because to me this whole 'losing wieght' saga isn't about quick fixing, to me it's a marathon not a sprint. I'm in it for the long haul it's about life change, not a fad. So I don't mind losing 1lb a week of fat, as opposed to 5-6lbs and then realising it's water weigjt. I'm completely happy dragging this out for 20plus weeks. What's important to me is eating healthy, within my calorie means, becoming stronger and improving my respority system. You can't do that over night. What's so good about having that 'mindset' is, if I miss one session or have then tub of pringles on a weekend, it doesn't mentally destroy my gym activity. If anything it keeps me more focused, more motivated. Anyway a game COD is screaming at me! Gotta go!

Peace
