So, nothing has really changed in regards to measurements. Though, biceps have lost an inch, down to 11inches. Achieved a 5 day workout last week, which is fine. Sixth week in and I'm up to almost 25min runs. Heart rate Max of 180 and an average of 140. Also have added an extra set to each resistance exercise. So, looks like I'm heading in the right direction although I definitely won't be going to the gym on Sunday's. It's way too chaotic in the changing room with soooo many little kids running around O_o
Still hovering around 159-160lbs. I suspect my body is retaining excess water because yesterday I had about 90grams of salted cod, and the day before that was my cheat day and I ate copious amounts of Pringles. So I predict sodium is the devil in disguise here and shall wait for a more definite reading in the next 3-4days. Why am I so sure you ask? Well my measurements tell me that; my neck is 14.8 inches from 15.5 inches, Hip is 37.5 inches from 40 inches!!, waist is 33 inches from 34.5 inches, top of leg (thigh) is 22.2 inches from 24 inches, top of knee (midde leg) is 14.4 inches from 15.5inches and calve is 13.3 inches from 13.5. No changes with arms, as bicep is 12 inches and my wrists coming in at 6.5inches. So officially I have lost 6 pounds in the first month of my cut! :D
Roll on the next 3-4days!
Now, gym time. PeaceWoooooo, nah. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!
Wooo hoooo official weigh and graph day!
Although this is week 11 from my original start date, this is to be honest, week 3. I thought to rewrite the start date but then thought, why not chart my pitfalls? That way when I junk out and physically see on a graph that I've gained lbs because I didn't train for a week and have eaten badly, it will then help when/if I decide to make the wrong choices! So, I have had a solid two weeks of going to the gym consisting of 45min cardio and 30mins resistance training. I feel stronger and my limbs now do not ache as much as they did, which is good because I was thinking to give up in the first week. I couldn't walk, twist my torsa or make any sudden movements. The pain was excruciating. So, that's behind me for now, riding the waves of momentum being feeling more focused than ever. I weigh myself everyday and count calories. I do this to maintain my focus and do not chart or record any of this data. It's merely there to keep me on track. I was dreading today because my scale was screaming 164, 162 and even 165! Seems everything has settled now. Can only tell if I maintain (which I don't want) or drop lbs in the next few days to confirm. Current weight 163.2 Gotta go, late for gym! Peace
